TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As a hotel, we have several general terms and conditions that all guests are expected to follow during their stay. These include:
Check-in and check-out times: Our hotel provides 24-hour check-in and check-out. Guests are requested to inform the property of their check-in time well before they show up at the property. Check-out time is 23 hours from the time of check-in. Any additional hours after that are chargeable.
Room occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay in a room is four, including children. Ideally, the rooms are designed for two; any additional members in a room are chargeable.
Smoking policy: As per the Indian government regulations, smoking is prohibited in all public places, including hotel rooms. Smoking in a hotel room will result in a fine and may also result in immediate eviction without a refund. We provide designated smoking areas outside the hotel rooms for guests who wish to smoke.
Pets policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at our hotel.
Damage and liability: Guests are responsible for any damages they cause to the hotel property during their stay, and the hotel reserves the right to charge them accordingly.
Payment terms: Guests are requested to make the payments in cash or through UPI at the property.
Noise and disturbance: Guests are expected to respect other guests' privacy and refrain from creating excessive noise or disturbance. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Cancellation policy: Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the check-in date. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night's room rate.
Room requests: While we make every effort to accommodate guests' room requests, we cannot guarantee specific room locations, views, or bed types.
In-room amenities: Our hotel rooms are equipped with standard amenities, including free Wi-Fi, a flat TV, and complimentary toiletries. Additional items, such as extra towels or blankets, may be available upon request.
Safety and security: For the safety and security of all guests, only registered guests are allowed in the hotel after 10:00 p.m. Any suspicious activity or behaviour should be reported to management immediately.
Lost and found: The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. However, we will make every effort to locate and return lost items to their rightful owners.
Housekeeping services: Our housekeeping staff will clean and restock your room daily, unless requested otherwise. Please contact the front desk if you require any additional cleaning or maintenance services.
Parking policy: We offer free on-site parking for guests during their stay. However, parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft to guests' vehicles.
Age restrictions: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in to the hotel. Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Use of hotel facilities: Guests may use the hotel's facilities, including the parking space and other common facilities, at their own risk. The hotel is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
Food and drink policy: Outside food and drink are permitted in the hotel rooms but not in public areas. Guests must consume food and beverages in designated rooms only.
Special requests: We strive to accommodate all guests' special requests, including accessible rooms and additional bedding. Please notify the hotel in advance of any special requests to ensure availability.
Wi-Fi usage: Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests, and usage is subject to our fair usage policy. The hotel reserves the right to limit or suspend Wi-Fi access for any guest who breaches our policy.
Events and parties: Parties and events are not permitted in the hotel rooms or public areas. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately without a refund.
Lost key policy: Guests who lose their room key will be charged a fee for a replacement key. Please notify the front desk immediately if your key is lost or stolen.
Privacy policy: We respect guests' privacy and will not disclose personal information without their consent, except as required by law.
Emergencies: In case of an emergency, guests should dial 100 immediately and notify the front desk. The hotel has an emergency plan in place to ensure guests' safety and well-being.
Unmarried couples: Sorry, we do not permit unmarried couples.
Identification: Guests may be asked to provide valid government-issued identification that shows matching addresses upon check-in.
Room occupancy: Our hotel has a maximum occupancy policy of two adults per room. Guests must book separate rooms if they exceed this limit.
Public displays of affection: We ask all guests to respect each other's privacy and refrain from public displays of affection that may make other guests uncomfortable.
Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any legal or financial consequences resulting from guests staying together in our hotel.
Premises maintenance: We kindly request that our guests keep the hotel premises clean and tidy during their stay. Littering, spitting, or any other behaviour that may cause damage to the hotel property is strictly prohibited. Guests are advised to use the garbage cans provided and to report any spills or damage to the front desk immediately. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages caused to the hotel property during their stay.
Feedback and complaints: We welcome feedback from guests and strive to resolve any complaints or issues promptly. Please notify the front desk of any concerns during your stay.
